About this coffee

TYPE

The powerful Ristretto Edizione Italiana is a blend of fine Arabica beans and high-quality Robusta beans from Central and South America, Africa and Asia. The coffee is cultivated and processed according to UTZ-certified standards.

Roasting

The gentle, dark roasting of the coffee beans is what adds the pleasantly intense roasted notes to the Ristretto. The very fine grinding produces a dense, almond-brown crema.

Flavour

The extremely intense Ristretto Edizione Italiana is characterised by strong, woody-smoky roasted notes. It creates a rich and long-lasting mouth feel. The aroma of peanut and black pepper in the finish are characteristic, which are perfectly in harmony with the subtle acidity and sweetness.
